Terms and Conditions for Frozensummerdesign.com

Introduction

Frozensummerdesign.com is an online store that sells handmade jewelry. These terms of sale apply to all purchases made on Frozensummerdesign.com, unless otherwise expressly agreed.


Parties

The seller is Frozensummerdesign.com, Frozen Summer Design AS, registration no. 933500993MVA, Sørveien 8 9750 Honningsvåg, mobile no. 94050579, [email protected]. Buyer is the person who makes the order.


Order

Orders can be made at Frozensummerdesign.com. The buyer is responsible for checking that the order is correct.


Prices

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included. Unless otherwise agreed, fractal is based on the cheapest shipping option by post (letter post). The buyer can choose/arrange other shipping options. The prices are valid at the time of ordering.


Payment

Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Klarna or Vipps. The transaction is processed directly on a secure and encrypted bank connection provided by a third party. Frozensummerdesign.com does not see/store credit card information.


Delivery

The goods are sent by Posten. Delivery time is usually 4-10 working days.


Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to cancel within 14 days from receipt of the item. The return item must be unused and the packaging must be undamaged/intact. See Consumer Purchases Act § 27. The buyer can exercise his right of withdrawal in writing to Frozensummerdesign.com via e-mail ([email protected]). Necessary information including name, date of purchase and order number must be included in the communication to the seller. When returning goods, the customer will pay the shipping themselves.

Complaint

Customers have the right to complain about manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of the products for up to 6 months after receipt. The complaint does not cover faults due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance, external damage as a result of unauthorized operations or damage caused by a fall or the like. Any faults discovered during normal use must be reported to us immediately for the complaint to apply. The customer may be asked to demonstrate the fault. Goods can then be returned for repair, exchange or credit by further agreement. In cases of complaints, reasonable shipping costs may be refunded. We do not cover connected equipment and/or errors for indirect service such as lost work, operational loss, data loss or installation costs. If a complaint turns out to be unfounded or not covered by the right of appeal, an inspection fee and shipping costs may apply.

The seller's rights in the event of the buyer's default

If the buyer does not pay on time, the seller can terminate the agreement. The seller can also claim compensation for any losses as a result of the buyer's default.


Warranty

The goods have a guarantee of 2 years. The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing defects or material defects. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear due to normal use.


Personal information

Frozensummerdesign.com processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. The personal information is used to manage customer relationships and send out information about products and services. The buyer has the right to access his personal data and the right to have the personal data deleted.


Conflict resolution

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties must try to resolve any disputes amicably.
